Woerner, Neil A Jr., 64 passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on August 12, 2022.
He was born on May 9th, 1958 in Hammonton and raised in Egg Harbor City. He settled in Mays Landing and built a beautiful and loving home with his family for over 23 years.

Neil graduated from Oakcrest High School in 1976.. He was a proud, skilled union carpenter (Local 623) for over 30 years retiring in 2013 and was a volunteer firefighter for various locations throughout his life. He was an avid hunter, considered West Virginia his home away from home where he cherished his time with his hunting buddies, lover of country music, fishing, motocross, and NASCAR. Neil would give you the shirt off his back and bust your chops while doing it! He had the ability to make friends wherever he went. Some of his happiest times were those spent with his family – especially his grandchildren.

We take comfort in knowing Neil was welcomed into heaven by his parents Neil A., Sr and Kathleen Woerner, stepson Nicholas Damiano III and his mother-in-law Madge Millar Mohn.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife Margie of Mays Landing, his children Neil A. III (Yasmin) Woerner, Brian (Stacie) Woerner, Lindsey Woerner. His stepchildren Morgan (Rob) Troupe and Shane Troupe. Forever missing their Pop Pop are his grandchildren Jayliana, Cooper, Bobby, Cash, Jenelle, and Riley Mae. His siblings brother Mark (Sharon), sister Lynelle Cable, and his nephew Kaden, niece Andrea and many friends he considered family.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Neil’s memory to The Ronald McDonald House Southern New Jersey, 550 Mickle Blvd, Camden NJ 08103 https://www.rmhsnj.org/donate-now.

“The rain falls where it wants to
The wind blows where it will
Everything on earth goes somewhere
So I’m not gonna wake you
I’ll go easy on your heart
I’ll just touch your face and drift away
Like smoke rings through the dark”
-Gary Allen
