Billy Liles is one of those racers that made a name for himself at Raceway Park in the 80s. His battles with Mickey Kessler are legendary, especially the famous mini bike intermission race at KROC 1982. PulpMX’s Steve Matthes gave Billy a ring last month to talk about his career, a little about KROC, and his time in Europe.

From PulpMX – I call up former factory Kawasaki rider, 500 Grand Prix winner “Bullet” Billy Liles to talk about what he’s doing now, looking back at his career, the day he won his first and only national, going factory to privateer, deciding to go to Europe, his success there, and much more.
