NJ Motocross Quickerview…John Wehrle

My Name is John Wehrle.

I ride a Stumpy’s backed Yamaha YZ 250 two stroke.

I live in Toms River, New Jersey

I am 19 years old

My Family is something I couldn’t live without. They are there for me when I need them. They keep me grounded and make sure every decision I make is the right one. If it wasn’t for my father John and sister Marika I do not know where I would be right now.

My occupation is a service technician and parts associate at my father’s motorcycle shop.

Favorite food would have to be frosted mini wheat cereal. I can’t live without it.

Favorite Drink is definitely Arizona iced tea.

I can’t live without my bicycle.

The last thing I do before a moto is shake my goggles for like a minute to loosen up my arms and make sure there no dirt in them.

Favorite TV show How its Made. believe it or not. is just cool to see how everyday things you may use are made.

Favorite movie has to be stepbrothers.

Favorite website has to be racer x, NJ motocross, lukaitis photo, and vurb moto.

My goal for 2009 is to get back in shape and ride a lot more and see where I can go from there for next year.

I’d like to thank Stumpy’s for the bikes I ride. Dragon for the goggles I wear. Fly for the sick gear they supply me with. Parts Unlimited for the help they give me with parts. Jared Ewart my Parts Unlimited rep as well. KPS, Lertch wrecking, Greg Lurch for always helping me out when I need it. My father for helping me fix things on the bikes. And Scott Lukaitis for the great photos he takes. And also Frank at Sun Cycles.

I race motocross because riding was my first passion in life. I started riding when I was 2 years old on a pw 50. and it grew from there. I can’t see myself ever not racing. ill be doing this until I’m in the seniors class. it’s in my blood. it’s in my heart and it’s my life. I wouldn’t wanna see it any other way.
